Every chest is one-of-a-kind: wood grain, stain, engraving depth, and painted details will vary slightly, making your Mimic a true original.

Production Time:

Custom lid images should be sized to 6" wide by 5" high (1.2:1 aspect ratio) to prevent distortion. Images must be black and white—not grayscale. Designs with only two contrasting colors produce the best results.

By placing a custom order with [Your Business Name], the customer (“Buyer”) agrees to the following:
1. Artwork and Order Approval
Before production begins, the Buyer will have the opportunity to review digital artwork proofs or visual representations of the design. By approving the design, the Buyer confirms that all details — including spelling, sizing, placement, and design elements — are correct.
2. No Refunds Once Production Begins
Once production has started — including engraving, cutting, staining, finishing, or any irreversible process — no refunds, cancellations, or changes can be made to the order.
3. Natural Material Variations
Many of our products use natural materials such as wood, leather, slate, stone, or other organic surfaces. The Buyer acknowledges that natural variations may occur, including but not limited to:
grain pattern
texture
tone or shade
stain absorption
engraving depth, darkness, and clarity
These natural differences are inherent and do not qualify as defects or mistakes.
4. Final Product Variation
The Buyer understands that the final product may differ slightly from the digital preview due to the properties of real-world materials. Minor differences do not entitle the Buyer to refunds, rework, or product replacement.
5. Customer Responsibility
The Buyer is responsible for verifying all entered information — including names, numbers, dates, and any personalization details — before submitting the order. The Seller is not responsible for errors provided by the Buyer.
