Personalized 4"x4" slate coasters. Your design, your vision, your coaster.
Please note that not all images are equally suited for engraving. Because the coasters are made of black slate, very dark images—like a black dog on a dark background—won’t produce a visible or appealing result.
High contrast designs work best.
For "Art Designed" Orders:
Once your order has been submitted, I will reach out with two images for each coaster "design" requested. For example, if you ordered (2) "San Francisco 49er Logo" coasters, I would send you four images, from which to choose two. If you have a particular style, like "painted", "photo realistic", or "cartoon", please make sure to notate it in the custom fields.
I will resubmit images for each order (1) time if you aren't satisfied with the first option provided.
All custom orders are subject to a production time of 2-5 days. Please plan accordingly.
By placing a custom order with Incinerated Ink, the customer (“Buyer”) agrees to the following:
1. Artwork and Order Approval
Before production begins, the Buyer will have the opportunity to review digital artwork proofs or visual representations of the design. By approving the design, the Buyer confirms that all details — including spelling, sizing, placement, and design elements — are correct.
2. No Refunds Once Production Begins
Once production has started — including engraving, cutting, staining, finishing, or any irreversible process — no refunds, cancellations, or changes can be made to the order.
3. Natural Material Variations
Many of our products use natural materials such as wood, leather, slate, stone, or other organic surfaces. The Buyer acknowledges that natural variations may occur, including but not limited to:
grain pattern
texture
tone or shade
stain absorption
engraving depth, darkness, and clarity
These natural differences are inherent and do not qualify as defects or mistakes.
4. Final Product Variation
The Buyer understands that the final product may differ slightly from the digital preview due to the properties of real-world materials. Minor differences do not entitle the Buyer to refunds, rework, or product replacement.
5. Customer Responsibility
The Buyer is responsible for verifying all entered information — including names, numbers, dates, and any personalization details — before submitting the order. The Seller is not responsible for errors provided by the Buyer.
